Preamble:

Although we have absolutely nothing to take a lenient view of the Global Terrorist, and not panic and patiently and meticulously follow the health guidelines given by our respective Governments, all over the world. This article is just not for India as it shall address the concerns of the entire humanity. The one and only purpose of this write-up is to create more and more awareness of the situation for the already knowledgeable readers. If you think that it conveys some meaning and thus the effects described herein, kindly circulate in your circle of contacts, unmindful of whether they like it or not, for their welfare with absolutely no commercials at all, for sure.

Here, it is imperative that I am trying to share my views on the Astrological ambiance to hit hard on the readers on the most critical points of human life. The following points are extremely sensitive factoring the very basic characteristics of the planets and specifically MERCURY.

Mercury is the Lord of 3rd and 6th sign of the Zodiac and both are classified as dual sign, that is the 2 corners (Gemini and Virgo) while the other two corners (Sagittarius and Pisces) signs are owned by Jupiter. From a Spiritual perspective it conveys a lot of meaning and due to paucity of time and relevance, I do not intend going into those points.

In birth charts of people, the 3rd sign and planets posited there, depict a host of concerns regarding, communication, activity (more often physical), contacts, siblings and so on, while from the human anatomy point of view it typically represents lungs and respiratory system. While the 6th sign represents, loans, disease etc.

Having mentioned the points above, we are straight away hitting our context of Corona Virus (COVID 19) outbreak where the four corners of the Zodiac comes into action. The corners indicate that the whole globe is included leaving no room to move about, and therefore, the entire globe is cornered by Jupiter, Mercury, Rahu and Ketu. This clearly indicates that the Creator has put a fence around the globe and escape from there is throwing challenges on all fronts of humanity. Thus, there is no wonder about the gravity of the situation.

Although the spread of the pandemic is an Act of God, through Astrology we can at least prepare to face the outcome as prudently as circumstances would permit on one side, and be prepared to be more vigilant in taking extraordinary precautions instead of getting panic and worrying. Application of mind using the Astrological estimates can help people as the proverbial statement ‘forewarning is forearming’, but, never panic and act smart.

The Astrological estimates of forecast about COVID 19

For Astrology enthusiasts, I have shown the charts with a small explanatory note, but with a typical deep analysis, please note that I can write a book! And in such an event, and in the result, it is likely to scare us even more, which is never the purpose of this presentation.

Just have a glance at the chart beside with the date and time mentioned therein. It is on April 4, 2020, Mars transiting in Capricorn (and in conjunction with Saturn and Jupiter), enters the 4th amsa (see Mars rounded in red in Navamsa transit chart) which happens to be Aries, its own sign and the 1st sign of the Zodiac where it displays its own strength and prowess of its 8th sign Scorpio lordship by its 4th aspect. Capricorn is the 10th sign of the Zodiac. Thus, the Astrological parlance will be 1, 8, 10 and 4 – all of which are terminating houses triggering closure and maybe new actions.

Therefore, the bottom line message is that Mars gets tremendous energy to make and unmake situations and in the context of Corona Virus situation, it does not show anything good from the Astrological assessment point of view.

Now moving to transit of Mercury –

Unfortunately, Mercury will ingress into Pisces, its debilitated sign where Sun is already there. Sun, the energy giver and sustainer, supports Mercury, the causative planet for respiratory problems. This simply implies that it supports problems and not solution, unfortunately.

Let me remind my readers that Pisces is again a sign of termination or liquidation, being the last sign of the Zodiac. Please note that the interpretations here are contextual as far as the subject is concerned. I would like to make an emphatic statement that just in case there are planets referred herein or the zodiac signs, shall have nothing to do with your birth chart under all conditions, and please do not run up to any Astrologer, including me.

Please look at the chart below and how the transit of Mercury into Pisces gives rise to a host of problems and then we shall sign up with a summary only to be more and more careful in facing the situation.

For all practical purposes, April 7, 2020, becomes a milestone in tackling the challenges, or even further. No one except our own self has to save or serve ourself and it is only by obeying the instructions of the Government and the Medical authorities. No Government can individually handle each and every citizen of the country and that is where we ourself have to strictly follow every bit of what is told by the medical fraternity. If we disobey, we will have to pay a very heavy price.

In the chart beside, I have very clearly marked in green in the Rasi chart as to how Saturn aspects Sun and debilitated Mercury (weak) along with Sun (called the Jiva Karaka). Followed by Mars aspecting with the 4th aspect Aries, its own sign in Rasi and in Navamsa, quite unfortunately from its own sign Aries along with Moon the 4th lord of the Zodiac, it aspects debilitated Mercury again with the 4th aspect of transit Mercury in Navamsa too in the 4th sign of the Zodiac. My take is that it is a deadly combination pushing from bad to worse, unfortunately. As far as Jupiter, marked in blue arrow, is concerned, it is aspecting Venus in its own sign and the Ascendant of  the Indian Independence chart. I am sorry to say that the situation, which is already gloomy, may become more and more gloomy? Please do not panic, but act just now.

What we should do?

Rahu, the causative planet for virus in its own asterism of Aridra in airy sign Gemini and steering Mercury, the lord of the sign, is clearly indicating the virus is Air borne apart from what is already said by medical experts as to how it gets transmitted. This is the reason for social distancing. By mere breath in the proximity of another infected person, it travels at supersonic speed. A mild wind blowing besides an infected person can infect few hundreds at once in a matter of seconds. The following steps are sure to help us in a staying safe at home:

1.    Remain strictly within the house but maintain distance from own family members.

2.    Totally avoid anybody else visiting home, no matter how close their relationship or friendship is.

3.    Never cough without a mask or at least a handkerchief even inside the house.

4.    Clean door handles or knobs everyday with sanitizer.

5.    Clean you mobile phones too.

6.    As above, TV and other remote-control gadgets etc.

7.    Credit/Debit cards also need sanitization.

8.    If we use ATM, immediately use hand sanitizer.

9.    All that we touch in our hands or fingers need to be clean invariably at this hour of crisis.

10. Never panic, it does not help.

11. Corona Virus is curable when recognized at early stages as we all know from the medical experts.

12. Most important, maintain mental hygiene by pure thoughts, always.
